What data do we collect?
 
Identity Data includes title, first name, last name, username or similar identifier. If you interact with us through social media, this may include your social media user name.
 
Contact Data includes billing address, delivery address, email address and telephone numbers.
Financial Data includes payment card details. Your payment details are submitted securely through our payment gateway provider, PayPal.
 
Transaction Data includes details about payments to and from you and other details of products and services you have purchased from us.
 
Profile Data includes your username and password, purchases or orders made by you, preferences, feedback and survey responses, as well as any profile data which we have added (for example, using analytics and profiling).

Where do we store the data?
 
The data is stored securely on Emails, documents, databases, backups, email lists within our servers and is protected using current, up to date Security Software and IT protection, which contain Firewalls.

What is the process if someone asks to be removed from our records? 
 
If you wish to amend or remove your contact preferences, update your details, receive a copy of the personal information we hold about you, transfer that data to another supplier, object to or restrict our processing of your data or be removed from our records, please contact the data management team using either of the methods below. We may need to contact you if there are any queries relating to your request. In some instances we may be required to retain data relating to our contractual, regulatory and legal obligations.
