Delivery & Refund Policy


Our products are delivered via courier. Postage and packing costs are set for all destinations within the UK mainland. Non-mainland UK destinations and International destinations will incur a surcharge, please send us an email to discuss your order and we will provide postage costs.

We aim to deliver within 10 working days of receipt of your order. We will contact you if we are unable to deliver your chosen product(s) within this time.

If your order has not been received within 14 working days please contact us and we will track your order. Should it be found to be lost we will contact you to discuss your options or reship your order.

If you require your order to be delivered to anywhere other than your billing address, please let us know by writing the alternative address and any special instructions in the ‘Add special instructions to merchant’ on the PayPal payment page (the last stage of the checkout process).

We endeavour to ensure that your order is packed and handled carefully, however if you do receive damaged or broken goods, please contact us within 2 working days with photographs of the damaged goods in their packaging (we need these for shipping insurance purposes), and we will organise delivery of a new shipment.

The currency displayed on Honeymakers website is pounds sterling.

All descriptions of Honeymakers products are based on our own perception of taste, texture and colour. Honey is a natural product and can vary in colour and taste each season. Our honey is not heat treated or pasteurised, and as such may naturally crystallise over time. If this happens you can warm it gently to make it softer.

Simply browse our online store and add any items you wish to buy to the shopping basket, once you are satisfied, click on ‘Go to payments’ – this will take you to our PayPal page, where you should follow instructions – payment is accepted via your PayPal account or most major credit and debit cards.
All transactions are processed by PayPal, to ensure that you enjoy maximum security and peace of mind when making payment online.

You can cancel your order by contacting us directly. A standard fee of 20% of the order amount will be charged to cover administration costs.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase you can return the complete order with products unopened, within seven days of receipt. Please contact us stating why you are returning the goods. Please note, Honeymakers cannot be held responsible for differing tastes and products cannot be returned for this reason. All our descriptions are based on our taste and could differ from your individual taste.

When we have received the complete order we will refund you in the manner in which you paid.



We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
