100% pure wildflower honey harvested from our spring and summer crops in the Cotswolds. Creamy spreadable soft set honey, perfect on toast and in tea. We know it's often eaten straight from the jar though!

Also called whipped, fondant or churned, "creamed" honey refers to the technique of thickening the honey, there is no cream added! The texture is created by carefully blending different types of honey and then whipping the mix over a period of several days to create its smoothness. Unlike liquid honey, creamed honey doesn't drip and spreads like butter at ordinary room temperature.
