Creating the purest honey from the finest bees has long been the art of the bee keeper. The flavours of the honey, with all its fine healthy properties, change according to the local flora and fauna. No two seasons will ever be quite the same. This years’ Summer Honey was made from the nectars of many different summer flowers, principally bramble, broad beans and honeysuckle.
